In the rare cases where an eviction is unavoidable, we coordinate everything on your behalf with a recommended lawyer who specializes in eviction, or, work with the legal counsel of your choice.

• If a tenant moves out and still owes money that they will not pay, we will turn the tenant over to a collection agency and report the money owed to all three credit bureaus.
• When a trouble tenant is finally out, we will also get the home “rent-ready” as soon as possible.  We then market the home for rent, coordinate showings, screen the applicants, and make a recommendation to you on whether to accept the new tenant or not.
• At that time, our Fast Rent Guarantee (under deposit in 30 days or less from rent ready date), our Quality Tenant Guarantee (if tenant breaks lease you will not pay another leasing fee ever) and all other guarantees that are part of the Peace Of Mind Promise are available to you.
