Our experience with the team at Robert C. White & Company has been nothing short of spectacular. They were our first experience with a property management company and we could not have been more satisfied with their performance. Starting with the initial call to evaluate the potential through the various rental opportunities, their team consistently displayed professionalism, timely communication and executed all deliverables with the thought and detail needed to ensure the easiest decisions for us as property owners. While we did experience some issues with renters, the team at Robert C White & Company delivered exceptional communication and recommendations with the calm and confident response necessary to navigate the situation, which was resolved to our satisfaction.

Their online portal was invaluable as it allowed us to access the financial information needed when we needed it. The 24/7 accessibility met our needs and provided a comprehensive way to manage the financial aspects of our rental property.

My experience with them engaging with renters was also exceptional. They are just as timely and responsive to the renters as they are to the property owners.

4 years ago my job relocated me to Florida. We knew that it was temporary so we decided to rent out our home. RCW is the best property management company (of three) I have ever worked with. Their service to owners is top notch (thorough, clear and often), their lease is the most thorough I have ever seen (as an owner or a renter), they have a strong and capable office staff and access to maintenance professionals as well. They were able to market my home in ways where we had multiple offers and a bidding war, secured a high rent rate and signed a renter for a 3 year lease. I wish I had more properties for them to manage! I can't recommend them enough!

RCW is wonderful to work with. Being a homeowner, and having to relocate can put you under a lot of stress. Am I going to get the right tenants? What if there is damage to the property? Is everything going to be well taken care of while I am not around and remote? All these questions were answered, and I am so glad with my decision to go with RCW. Robert C. White has been managing a condo for me for the last 6 years. I live 3 hours away from the condo and managing the rental myself was too difficult at this distance. Robert C White has been an excellent group to manage the property and they take all of the day-to-day responsibilities on so that I don’t have to worry about anything. They are great with communication if there is an issue or something that needs to be repaired or replaced. They also collect the rent for me and send my earnings by direct deposit promptly each month (along with a complete breakdown of expenses). My tenants are very happy with them as well. Luke, Andrew, and the whole staff at RCW are top notch. I had to move overseas for work for a short period of time. I didn't want to sell my house, so I needed a local partner to keep track of my most important asset while I couldn't. They took care of everything with my house for almost four years, from finding tenants, leasing, maintenance requests, you name it. From the moment I sat down I knew RCW was the perfect fit for my property management needs. Everything was presented in a very professional manner, yet it was easy to ask any questions as a first time owner looking to rent. Almost 3 years later , I could not be happier with my decision to hire RCW. As my property management company. They truly take the time to answer or resolve any issues that arise with the tenants or owners. They also work very hard to find cost efficient solutions to any issues that may arise with the property.
